Effective from 11 October 2026
In short: we only ask for a nickname, an e-mail and your questionnaire answers. We use them only for your profile and to let you know when the app launches. We don't sell them, we don't use advertising cookies, and we delete everything when you write to us.

Some answers relate to creating adult content and may reveal something about your private life. That is why we process them only with your explicit consent and only a small group of people can access them.
The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) and Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time with one e-mail.
Until the app launches and then at most 12 months if you don't sign up. If you withdraw consent earlier, we delete your data within 30 days.
We don't sell data or share it for advertising. Only technical providers help us, and they process it on our instructions:
If data were ever transferred outside the EU, this would happen only with GDPR safeguards (e.g. standard contractual clauses).
We don't use advertising or analytics cookies. We only store a lang cookie with the language you chose, and keep your unfinished questionnaire in your browser so you don't have to start over.
We measure traffic without cookies: we only count how many people visited the page and where they came from (e.g. from Reddit or from our link). We don't store your IP address, and the stored numbers can't tell us who you are. When you reserve a spot, we also store where you came from.
You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, to restrict processing, to data portability and to withdraw consent. Just write to [email protected]. If you think we handle your data badly, you can contact the Slovak Office for Personal Data Protection (dataprotection.gov.sk) or the supervisory authority in the country where you live.
Blushly is only for people aged 18 and over. If we find out that someone younger has signed up, we delete their data immediately.
